4) Federal Legislation
*	- Albert will further look into this to make sure it is real (at the moment it seems very real)
	- The legislation is slated for a Sept. session of Parliament.
	- In next two months will use all contacts in martial arts community to fight it.

1) Dobok sales - Albert to order more uniforms and hand over to Gord
	Newcomer checklist - becoming more obvious that this is needed
	New Payment Options - may increase monthly cost but offer $60 price for yearly commitments
		- summer time issues (not wanting to pay when taking short breaks)
*		- this is to be resolved before August 24th
		- existing members will be "grandfathered"
	Photos
		- where will we take them? In dojang before classes.
*		- this coming week will choose one person/one technique to "test the waters"
	Tournament Organising
		- make a call to membership for volunteers
*		- Albert will prepare timeline every organisational detail
		- will aim for Sunday August 14th, 7:30 pm
		- correction, will time this to coincide with picnic (see below)
	Picnic
		- push date ahead?  No, keep 21st, match with meeting.
		- perhaps have tournament meeting after picnic
		- location?  Weather concerns?
		- have it right at CBUC?  At 3 pm.
*		- Albert to determine availability of church at that time.
		- IOC Meeting beforehand at 2 pm
*	First Aid and NCCP to be looked into by Niilo

2) (a) Hillside Mall
	- is a multi-day event; need to know if our attendance is required throughout
	- will have a table
	- try to get dobok-clad volunteers to attend
*	- pamphlet needs work, Albert to send to Niilo
	- have laptop with web site downloaded?  What about power outlets?
	- look into possibility of breaking demos (at schedule times each day)
	- for demos, get the audience involved (e.g., check boards)
*	- Albert to contact organiser to get details

	(b) Hobbs
	- Albert scheduled to meet principal in first week of school
	- will only teach top half of grade levels

	(c) Manual
	- already discussed
*	- in addition, everyone send Albert errors or omissions to manual

3) Tournament
	- already discussed
